Welcome to The Ops Architect. These Terms of Service govern your use of our consultancy services and website. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

2. Services Provided

The Ops Architect provides professional business, operations, and HR consultancy services. The scope of each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement letter agreed upon by both parties.

3. Engagement & Fees

Consultancy fees are based on the specific requirements of the client as outlined in the proposal. All invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice, typically 14 days from the date of issue.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective delivery of services, the client must provide accurate information, timely access to necessary systems, and clear communication regarding business objectives.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all commercial, business, and personal information shared during the engagement as strictly confidential. This obligation continues after the termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Ops Architect retains ownership of all intellectual property, methodologies, and frameworks used to deliver services. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables created specifically for them.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Ops Architect accepts no liability for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the consultancy services provided, except where required by Scottish law.

9. Termination

Cancellation of services must be provided in writing. Specific notice periods and any applicable cancellation fees will be detailed in the client's individual Statement of Work.

10. Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with an amended 'Last updated' date.
